Q: What Delivery areas do we serve?
A: We Delivery all through California! We offer free local delivery for Chico/Oroville. We provide shipping for patients who aren’t located in close enough proximity for a local delivery.

Q: What is the Minimum Donation for delivery?
A: Chico-$20, Oroville- $100. Areas outside City subject to higher minimum depending upon proximity. Any delivery zones not listed we offer Shipping and $100+ Minimum. Contact us first about your delivery area if we do not cover it, we would be happy to accommodate you.

Q: How Do I place an order for delivery & how does the process work?
A: You must be a registered and verified member of North State Delivery to place your order.You may register under “Join the Collective” or “Verify my Recommendation” on the Home Page. Fill out your simple information form and then you will recieve a confirmation email of your submission. A team representative will prepare & package your order with quality assurance! Once your order is routed to your destination, a driver will contact you via text message.

Q: Do you charge for a delivery fee?
A: Local Delivery is FREE of CHARGE for Chico, Oroville! Areas outside City subject to higher minimum depending upon proximity. Any areas we don’t offer local delivery to we will charge 3 day flat rate shipping. During checkout you can enter your zip code to calculate shipping.

Q: How long does it take for a delivery to arrive?
A:We are committed to provide premium and efficient service to have deliveries completed within 1-2 hours of the order placed, however delivery times may vary based on traffic, weather, and order volume conditions. If ETA time is extended, we will have a North State Member representative inform you. Shipping can take anywhere from 3-10 days.

Q: Are there any discounts for new patients?
All First time patients receive pre-roll/edible/gift!

Q: Do you deliver to parking lots/public areas?
A: No, we only deliver residential address. Home or apartments.

Q: Do you have weekly specials?
A: Yes! Munchie Monday:

Donate $120+ on any products & a receive a free 250mg+ potency edible.
Waxy Wednesday:
– 5% off any $45+ donation of promotional wax items (selected items only, changes weekly)
Shatterdays:
– 5% off all concentrate orders over $60
Solvent-less Sunday:
– $5 off any 1 gram of Solvent Free/ Solventless concentrates

A: Please send pictures and pricing sheets along with the name of your collective and contact information to northstatedeliveryceo@gmail.com A representative will review your product and contact you back shortly once approved by management.
